Fabulous Industrial Farmhouse Style Faucet

This faucet is for home use. It has the power and flexibility we need. Easily switches between spray options. I love that the docking arm is magnetic and holds the faucet in place. Form meets function to perfection. The faucet is more powerful than a traditional faucet, but that is one of the reasons to choose a semi-professional kitchen sink faucet; as a result, you may experience some spraying of water onto the counter. It is completely manageable.

One glaring design flaw

I like everything about this faucet, however I'm 6'2" tall..... However, if you are shorter than that, you may run into the same issue my wife and kids run into. The faucet will not pull down out of the arm/magnet holder, you have to pull it out first. You may think this is no issue, but my wife and kids do this every time and the plastic magnet cover comes off (and eventually breaks). I had to order other covers, and they are backordered which shows this is a universal issue. The faucet head should be redesigned so that pulling it straight down of the holder is possible. For a top of the line faucet such as this, it should not have any issues like this. Otherwise, it's great.

Love all the features of this faucet. The ONLY thing that was annoying was a plastic piece kept falling off into the disposal. Umm. No. We called customer service and they shipped one to us. Problem solved. Otherwise, it would have gotten five stars!

First, let me say that I was quite upset when...

First, let me say that I was quite upset when my package arrived at my office from Home Depot. After spending well in excess of $600 for this faucet, it arrived having been shipped only in its original factory box which had come open during shipment. Fortunately, no part of the faucet had been lost, and nothing had been damaged. I really expect more care to be taken. As for the faucet, it is outstanding. I love the gentle spray and regularly use that in place of the aerator. I had the faucet installed so that the handle faces the front of the sink, and this makes it easy to turn on even with goopy hands. I replaced a similar style fixture, but this is head and shoulders above what I had before. Pricey, but well-worth it. Just please step up your game on packaging for shipment, Home Depot.

Five Stars for Appearance

Just had the faucet installed so I cannot speak to its long term functionality, but it is absolutely gorgeous and very high end looking. The spray pressure is wonderful, as is the height and reach of the detachable head.

BROKE IN 7 MONTHS

My $500 kitchen faucet broke in 7 months and Home Depot will not do anything to help! This faucet looks really cool, I loved it until it didn't work.The little black button that changes the stream of water, started to stick about 2 months ago. Then that little black button completely fell off, making it impossible to change the water settings. This is a $500 faucet, not only should it work, but it should work for for 20 years, not 5 months.Home Depot does not stand behind their defective products... they are not even willing to offer me an even exchange or store credit for this product. This is definitely not the first time I have been terribly unhappy with their customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is hands-down the best faucet we've ever owned & definitely the easiest to install. It seems like we have forever lived with forceful sprayers that pulverized berries & created puddles all around the sink...no more! This faucet looks just gorgeous in our newly upgraded kitchen, as well!

The faucet looks very industrial and well built. The only complaint I have is that it is gigantic. I have a very big sink in a very large modern kitchen and this thing just overwhelmed everything. Other than that it looked great. In the end it was just to big to fit in my kitchen. It had to go back.

Very nice quality and easy to install, though, needed to cut out a custom plywood backer to stiffen up our stainless sink. It was larger than my wife expected, which caused some stress, but everyone loves the spray pattern and options.
