Akame never showed any romantic interest in anyone. Esdeath obsessed over Tatsumi, but he didn't love her back. Mine fell for him, and her love was genuine. They married at the end of the series.

After Mine was rendered comatose by using all of her power to kill Budo, Tatsumi told her comatose body that once the revolution was over he wanted to marry her, while also declaring his love for her.

after the Empire is defeated, Tatsumi (while being in his Tyrant dragon form) reunited with Mine, who they both later married, and had a child.

The two end up having an emotional fight, and the anime shows Akame killing her sister in battle. Akame wins the fight in the manga too, but Kurome does not die. She actually serves a role in the later story, and she goes on to have a happy ending.

From the moment she laid eyes on him, Esdeath was madly in love with Tatsumi. Their unlikely (and mostly one-sided) relationship was a recurring theme of the narrative, especially since each of them fought on opposite sides of the war.

Mine eventually recovered from her comatose state and they reaffirmed their love for each other, despite Tatsumi's permanent state as a dragon. It is also revealed that Mine was pregnant with Tatsumi's child. The two retired from duty and retreated far from the Empire where they live happily together with their child.

Tatsumi: Upon seeing Tatsumi's victory smile in a tournament she held, she instantly became deeply and genuinely in love with Tatsumi and immediately claimed him as her own.

There's quite a bit of gore. Decapitations, people getting cut in half both horizontally and vertically, etc. No censors either, all is shown. Anyway, rather than a harem it's moreso a violent action show with some harem elements.
